Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 Bell Peppers Chopped
  • 1/2 Onion Chopped
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 3 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup Canned Diced Tomatoes drained
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 cups Cauliflower Rice

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium high until completely cooked through. Drain the excess grease.
  • Add the peppers, onions, garlic, worcestershire sauce, roma tomatoes, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste to the slow cooker.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the broth and tomato paste.
  • Stir the cooked beef into the slow cooker.
  • Pour the broth mixture over the ingredients. Stir to combine.
  • Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
  • Remove the lid, stir in the cauliflower rice, and cook for another 30 minutes before serving.
