Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium high until completely cooked through. Drain the excess grease.
Add the peppers, onions, garlic, worcestershire sauce, roma tomatoes, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste to the slow cooker.
In a bowl, whisk together the broth and tomato paste.
Stir the cooked beef into the slow cooker.
Pour the broth mixture over the ingredients. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
Remove the lid, stir in the cauliflower rice, and cook for another 30 minutes before serving.
