3largeBoneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2tbspOlive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2cupWhite Cooking Wine
1/4Onion chopped
1/4cupHeavy Whipping Cream
2tspMinced Garlic
2sprigs Fresh Rosemary
3sprigs Fresh Thyme
4fresh Sage Leaves
1tbspDijon Mustard
SqueezeFresh Lemon Juice
1/4cupParmesan Cheese grated
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste, and sear in the skillet until browned on both sides.
Place the onions, garlic, white cooking wine, herbs, dijon and heavy whipping cream into the bottom of the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
Place the chicken into the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
Stir in the lemon juice and parmesan cheese before serving.
