Ingredients

  • 3 large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup White Cooking Wine
  • 1/4 Onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
  • 3 sprigs Fresh Thyme
  • 4 fresh Sage Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • Squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste, and sear in the skillet until browned on both sides.
  • Place the onions, garlic, white cooking wine, herbs, dijon and heavy whipping cream into the bottom of the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  • Place the chicken into the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
  • Stir in the lemon juice and parmesan cheese before serving.
