Instructions
Add the almond flour, baking powder, Swerve confectioners sugar substitute, eggs, vanilla, butter and xanthan gum to a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth.
Spread the mixture into a 9x9 well greased baking dish.
Stir together the Swerve granulated sugar substitute and cinnamon in a bowl.
Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the batter in the baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
