Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 7 tbsp Butter softened
  • 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 3 tbsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add the almond flour, baking powder, Swerve confectioners sugar substitute, eggs, vanilla, butter and xanthan gum to a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture into a 9x9 well greased baking dish.
  • Stir together the Swerve granulated sugar substitute and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the batter in the baking dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
