Ingredients

  • 24 Black Olives
  • 1 medium Cucumber cut into slices
  • 6 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 2 tbsp Dried Chives

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, chives, green onions and salt to taste.
  • Place the mixture into a piping tool or Ziploc bag with the bottom corner cut off.
  • Pipe the cream cheese mixture onto the top of the cucumber slices.
  • Put a whole black olive onto the center of the top of each cucumber bite.
  • Slice the remaining olives in half lengthwise, and cut each olive half into four slices to create the spider’s legs.
  • Place four small legs on each side of the whole olive on the cucumber bites to form small spiders.
  • Serve immediately, or chill before serving if desired.
