Keto Spinach Feta Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pounds Ground Turkey
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach chopped
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 6 ounces Green Salad Mix for serving
  • Primal Kitchen Green Goddess Salad Dressing To Drizzle on Top

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, chopped spinach, feta, parsley, dill, salt and pepper. Do not over mix. Gently combine the ingredients until everything is evenly combined.

  3. Using your hands, form 6 patties. Set aside for now.

  4. Begin to heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet. Once hot, add patties to your skillet (depending on size of skillet, you may have to work in batches).

  5. Cook patties for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side, or until browned. (Because the feta makes these patties moist and tender, be gentle when flipping so they do not fall apart.)

  6. Place the skillet in your oven and continue to cook for another 10 minutes, or until the patties are cooked through- internal temp of 165 degrees F. (If you do not have a large enough skillet for all your patties, you can place them on a baking sheet).

  7. Once the patties are finished cooking, remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

  8. Serve with green salad mix and a drizzle of Primal Kitchen Green Goddess Salad Dressing.
