Fresh never tasted so good! Keto spinach feta turkey burgers are juicy, zesty, healthy, and topped with Green Goddess dressing – it’s a meal that makes you love spinach!
Keto Burgers
Grilled turkey burgers taste lighter than beef burgers, and this is all thanks to the lower fat content of turkey. If you’re not feeling like eating a greasy burger, but you still want some kind of burger, then make one with ground turkey.
This burger ends up tasting like a fresh, gourmet meal! And there are a lot of different ways to cook them, too. I baked the burgers, but you can fry them on the stove, use your air fryer, or grill them outside.
You can also use the exact recipe to roll up meatballs! Drizzle the meatballs with the same Green Goddess dressing and you’ll have an unforgettable dinner or some tasty appetizers.
And if you don’t like turkey (or don’t have any) just use ground chicken instead. They will still taste just as good!
Spinach Feta Turkey Burgers
What can you use as a substitute for baby spinach? You can replace spinach with any other dark leafy green lettuce. Use baby arugula or baby kale. Whatever you choose to use, make sure it’s a fresh and young version of it. Mature kale is more bitter.
These turkey burgers are the perfect things to add to your weekly meal prep. Store them in an airtight food storage container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
Keto Feta Burgers
Feta and spinach are used together a lot because they complement each other perfectly! Feta has a slightly sweet flavor, with both earthy and salty notes.
What can you use as a substitute for feta cheese? If you don’t have feta cheese, use some goat cheese (which also works fantastically if you’re lactose intolerant).
Keto Cheeseburgers
Even though spinach feta turkey burgers are fancier than beef burgers, you can still eat them on a roll like a regular hamburger. Make sure you buy low-carb hamburger buns, or cut some keto dinner rolls in half and use them as buns.
Wrapping the keto burgers in large pieces of lettuce is a budget-friendly and really easy solution. Or, serve these burgers on some homemade keto Hawaiian rolls. They have the same sweet flavor and flaky texture as the classic rolls, but a lot less carbs.
Or do what I did, and serve them on top of a bed of crispy lettuce, with a crunchy salad on the side!
What To Eat With Burgers
These turkey burgers have a zesty flavor, thanks to the dill. So serve them with other classic cookout sides. I like to serve them with Keto guacamole deviled eggs.
They are high-fat and low-carb. Or match the dill flavors and make some keto dill pickle egg salad on the side instead. Serve it all with a cold glass of sugar-free sweet tea!
If you like french fries, these keto ham and cheese chaffle sticks are a high-protein option to replace them.

Cook patties for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side, or until browned. (Because the feta makes these patties moist and tender, be gentle when flipping so they do not fall apart.)
