3cupsAlmond Flour
5large Eggs
1/4cupHeavy Whipping Cream
8tbspMelted Butter
3tspBaking Powder
1tspVanilla
2tspCinnamon
2tspGround Ginger
2/3cupSwerve Confectioners Sugar Substitute
1/2tspNutmeg
1/2tspGround Cloves
Cream Cheese Icing
5ouncesCream Cheese softened
1cupSwerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute

1/4cupChopped Walnuts

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and grease a loaf pan well.
Blend together the ingredients for the bread until smooth.
Spread the batter into the prepared loaf pan, and bake for 40-45 minutes until cooked through.
Let the loaf cool to room temperature.
Beat together the cream cheese, Swerve and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Add in a tablespoon or two of almond flour if needed until the icing is smooth, and to your desired consistency.
Spread the icing over the gingerbread loaf, and top with the walnuts before serving.
