Keto Steak Chopped BLT Salad

This BLT salad is filled with more ingredients than just bacon, lettuce and tomato! It has steak, avocado, and a creamy vinaigrette.

Ingredients

Salad

  • 1/2 pound Good Quality Steak
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 heads Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 Avocado diced
  • 4 strips Bacon cooked and crumbled

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Sugar-Free Honey

Instructions

  • Drizzle the steak with the olive oil.
  • Season the steak with the garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the steak into the air fryer, and cook at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes, depending on your desired level of doneness.
  • Allow the steak to rest for 10 minutes, and then chop it into pieces.
  • Add the chopped lettuce to a serving bowl.
  • Top the salad with the steak, tomatoes, bacon and avocado.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until well combined.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad when ready to serve, and toss to combine well.
