Ingredients

  • 2 heads Broccoli
  • 7 large Strawberries
  • 1/3 cup White Onion
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar Sweetener
  • 1/3 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1/4 cup Feta Cheese

Instructions

  • Chop the broccoli, strawberries and onion into small bite-sized pieces.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, vinegar and sugar substitute until creamy.
  • In a large bowl, toss together the chopped ingredients along with the pecans and feta cheese.
  • Top with the creamy dressing and mix well.
  • Serve immediately, or store in your refrigerator until you are ready to enjoy!
