3largeStrawberries chopped and then pureed
3tbspSwerve confectioners sugar substitute
1/2tspVanilla Extract
Instructions
Preheat a mini waffle maker.
Add the ingredients for the chaffle chips to a mixing bowl, and whisk to combine well.
Place 1/5 of the mixture into the preheated mini waffle maker and cook until browned and done to your liking. Remove and let cool.
Repeat step 3 until all five chaffles have been made.
Slice the chaffles into triangular shaped chips.
Blend together the ingredients for the dip until smooth and creamy.
Serve the chaffle chips with the strawberry dip on the side.
