2cupsCauliflower Rice
1poundGround Beef
1/2poundGround Pork

1tspItalian Seasoning
1tspGarlic Powder
1/2Onion chopped finely
Tomato Sauce
1canDiced Tomatoes
1/2tspSwerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Steam the cabbage, and remove 12 of the large leaves from the outside.
Cook the cauliflower rice, and drain the extra water from it well.
Add the ground beef, pork, egg, riced cauliflower, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion and salt and pepper to taste to a large mixing bowl, and knead to combine well.
Place the sauce ingredients in a food processor, and pulse until smooth.
Pour the sauce into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
Cut the thick rib from the bottom of each cabbage leaf.
Put a portion of the meat mixture into each cabbage leaf, and fold it up into a roll.
Place the cabbage rolls seam side down into the baking dish on top of the sauce.
Bake for 45 minutes.
