Ingredients

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

  • 12 large Steamed Cabbage Rolls
  • 2 cups Cauliflower Rice
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 pound Ground Pork
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Onion chopped finely

Tomato Sauce

  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Steam the cabbage, and remove 12 of the large leaves from the outside.
  • Cook the cauliflower rice, and drain the extra water from it well.
  • Add the ground beef, pork, egg, riced cauliflower, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion and salt and pepper to taste to a large mixing bowl, and knead to combine well.
  • Place the sauce ingredients in a food processor, and pulse until smooth.
  • Pour the sauce into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Cut the thick rib from the bottom of each cabbage leaf.
  • Put a portion of the meat mixture into each cabbage leaf, and fold it up into a roll.
  • Place the cabbage rolls seam side down into the baking dish on top of the sauce.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
