Ingredients

  • 1 Zucchini chopped
  • 1 Yellow Squash chopped
  • 1/4 Red Onion chopped
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes Chopped
  • 1 Orange Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1/3 cup Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl, and stir to combine well.
