Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Pecan halves
  • 3 tbsp Sugar-Free Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add the pecans to a mixing bowl, drizzle with the sugar free honey, and sprinkle with the cinnamon, cayenne pepper and salt. Stir to combine well.
  • Spread the nuts out on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Let the nuts cool, and then separate them into pieces before storing in an airtight container or serving.
