1 1/2cupsMexican Blend Shredded Cheese
2cupsShredded Chicken
1tbspTaco Seasoning
1tbspOlive Oil
1Jalapeno deseeded and finely chopped
2tspMinced Garlic
4ouncesCream Cheese softened
2tbspGreen Onionsfor garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Form the cheese into 6 evenly sized circles on the baking sheet.
Bake for 8 minutes, or until the edges are starting to brown.
While the cheese is baking, heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Stir in the chicken, taco seasoning, and garlic. Saute until heated through and well combined.
Add the meat to a mixing bowl along with the cream cheese and jalapenos. Stir to combine.
Remove the cheese from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Quickly work to put a line of filling down the center of each cheese circle.
Carefully roll the cheese up around the filling.
Allow the cheese to harden and crisp up before serving.
