Ingredients

  • 1 package Angel Hair Palmini Noodles
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper Chopped
  • 1/2 Green Bell Pepper
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cups Chopped Green Onions
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium high heat, saute the ground beef, onions and peppers until the meat is completely browned and the vegetables have softened.
  • Drain any excess grease.
  • In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cumin and oregano.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning over the mixture in the skillet, and stir to combine. Saute another 3-5 minutes.
  • In a separate skillet, add the oil over medium heat.
  • Stir in the palmini noodles, and saute until heated through.
  • Top the noodles with the meat mixture.
  • Sprinkle with the cheese and green onions before serving.
