1packageAngel Hair Palmini Noodles
1poundGround Beef
1/2Onion chopped
1/2Red Bell Pepper Chopped
1/2Green Bell Pepper
2tspChili Powder
1tspOnion Powder
1tspGarlic Powder
1tspPaprika
1tspCumin
1/2tspOregano
1 1/2cupsShredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4cupsChopped Green Onions
2tspOlive Oil
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium high heat, saute the ground beef, onions and peppers until the meat is completely browned and the vegetables have softened.
Drain any excess grease.
In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cumin and oregano.
Sprinkle the seasoning over the mixture in the skillet, and stir to combine. Saute another 3-5 minutes.
In a separate skillet, add the oil over medium heat.
Stir in the palmini noodles, and saute until heated through.
Top the noodles with the meat mixture.
Sprinkle with the cheese and green onions before serving.
