Instructions
Place the ground beef, bell peppers, and asparagus in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute until the meat is completely browned and the vegetables have softened. Drain any excess fat.
In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the sauce except for the green onions. Whisk to combine well
Add the minced garlic and red chili to the skillet with the meat mixture, and stir to combine, sauteing for another minute
Reduce the heat to medium and pour the sauce over the mixture. Stir to combine and cook an additional 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with green onion and serve over cauliflower rice if desired.
