Cabbage, kale, and leak are baked in a honey lemon dressing. You won't believe how tasty this TikTok salad is until you try it.

Ingredients

Salad

  • 2 cups Cabbage chopped
  • 4 cups Kale chopped
  • 1 Leak green removed and sliced lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese grated
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup Slivered Almonds

Dressing

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Sugar-Free Honey

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Add the cabbage to a baking sheet, and drizzle with some of the olive oil, parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake the cabbage for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy on the edges and done to your liking.
  • Place the kale and leeks on another baking sheet, drizzle with the remaining olive oil, parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes. You can remove the kale when crispy, and continue to cook the leaks if needed.
  • Toss together the baked greens, and place into serving bowls.
  • Top with the almonds and red onions.
  • Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and sugar free honey for the dressing, and drizzle over the salad before serving.
