1cupSugar-Free Chocolate Chips
2tspCoconut Oil
1cupPlain Greek Yogurt
1tspVanilla
2tbspSugar-Free Honey
1 1/2cupsFresh Blueberries
Instructions
Add the blueberries, yogurt, honey and vanilla to a mixing bowl and stir to combine well.
Drop the mixture by the spoonful onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Chill in the freezer until hardened and set.
Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil into a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted and smooth.
Let the chocolate mixture cool for a few minutes.
Dip the frozen yogurt blueberry bites in the chocolate, and place back onto the parchment lined baking sheet.
Chill again until the chocolate has set and then serve.
