Salmon Sushi Cups
2Nori Sheetscut into fourths
??????SALMON (fill this in)
1/2tspRice Vinegar
1cupCauliflower Rice cooked and drained of water
2tbspSoy Sauce
1 1/2tbspMayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Black and White Sesame Seeds
Honey Sriracha Sauce
1tspSriracha Sauce
2tbspSugar-Free Honey
2tspSoy Sauce
1tspMinced Garlic
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Place the squares of nori on a flat surface.
Mix together the rice vinegar and cauliflower rice in a bowl.
Add a few spoonfuls of the cauliflower rice to the center of each square of Nori.
Press the squares of nori down into a well greased muffin tin.
In a bowl, stir together the salmon, salt, soy sauce and mayonnaise.
Spoon the salmon mixture into the nori cups.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Place the sauce ingredients into a microwave safe bowl, and heat at 30 second intervals until warmed through and slightly thickened.
Drizzle the sauce over the sushi cups, and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
