Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 6 Hard Boiled Eggs diced
  • 1/3 cup Finely Diced Red Onion
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Celery
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Roma Tomato chopped

Instructions

  • Place the eggs, red onion, celery, mayonnaise, dijon, garlic powder, tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste into a mixing bowl.
  • Stir in ½ of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl, and garnish with the remaining cheddar cheese.
