Ingredients
6Keto street taco size tortillas zero net carbs
3cupsShredded Chicken
1tbspOlive Oil
2tspChili Powder
1tspCumin
1/2tspOregano
1/2tspPaprika
1/4cupCanned Diced Green Chilis
1/4cupSalsa
1Jalapeno Pepper finely chopped, seeds removed
1Roma Tomato chopped
1cupFiesta Blend Shredded Cheese
1/4cupGreen Onions chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the tortillas to the baking sheet in a single layer.
Brush the tortillas with the olive oil.
Bake for 10 minutes until crispy.
Stir together the chicken, chili powder, cumin, oregano, paprika, green chilis, salsa and jalapeno pepper in a bowl until well combined.
Remove the tortillas from the oven, and top with the chicken filling.
Sprinkle on the cheese.
Bake for 5-10 minutes longer.
Garnish with tomatoes and green onions before serving.
