Ingredients

  • 6 Keto street taco size tortillas zero net carbs
  • 3 cups Shredded Chicken
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 cup Canned Diced Green Chilis
  • 1/4 cup Salsa
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper finely chopped, seeds removed
  • 1 Roma Tomato chopped
  • 1 cup Fiesta Blend Shredded Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add the tortillas to the baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Brush the tortillas with the olive oil.
  • Bake for 10 minutes until crispy.
  • Stir together the chicken, chili powder, cumin, oregano, paprika, green chilis, salsa and jalapeno pepper in a bowl until well combined.
  • Remove the tortillas from the oven, and top with the chicken filling.
  • Sprinkle on the cheese.
  • Bake for 5-10 minutes longer.
  • Garnish with tomatoes and green onions before serving.
