Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese 2 8-ounce packages
  • 2 1/2 cups Cold Heavy Cream divided
  • 2/3 cup Powdered Erythritol
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Strawberries stems removed
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Blackberries

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, 1⁄2 cup heavy cream, powdered erythritol, and vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Fold half of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Then, fold the remaining whipped cream into the mixture.
  • Place about 1/5 of the cream cheese fluff into the bottom of the trifle bowl. Top with a layer of strawberries. Add another layer of cream cheese fluff and top with blackberries. After another layer of cream cheese fluff, add a layer of raspberries. Smooth a fourth layer of cream cheese fluff over the raspberries and then top with the blueberries.
  • Top with the remaining cream cheese fluff. Garnish with additional berries if desired.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
