This triple berry trifle doesn’t have any added sugar, is keto-friendly, and is the perfect patriotic dessert for parties.
Low-Carb Triple Berry Trifle
This dessert recipe is super easy to make. It’s a no-bake recipe, so all you have to do is mix the ingredients and then place them in the trifle bowl.
This is a light and low-carb recipe. I love light desserts at cookouts. After eating lots of BBQ food, I’m not ready for something rich. This is a sweet way to finish your meal.
For this dessert, I used strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries. To keep it “triple” berry, leave out the blackberries – this will also keep the carb counts lower too.
Fourth Of July Trifle
This is a show-stopper! Place this trifle in the middle of your dessert table. It will be talked about and everyone will ask you for the recipe. The red, white, and blue colors are vibrant and delicious!
It makes enough to feed a crowd too. There are two ways to make it if you are going to be serving it to a crowd of people. Either put it all into one large trifle bowl that looks amazing on the dessert table.
Or, you can layer the ingredient into small mason jars and hand out single-serving desserts.
Either way, they will be very popular desserts during your patriotic party.
Best Berry Trifle Recipe
Another thing I love about this recipe is that it is one I can make ahead of time. I don’t have to feel rushed on the day of the party – just grab my trifle that is waiting in the refrigerator and I am ready to go.
If you make it ahead of time, store it in a trifle bowl that you can seal completely. If you keep the air out of it, it will stay fresh and delicious!
This trifle will last about 3 days in the refrigerator.
Low-Carb Summer Dessert Recipe
I love preparing no-bake desserts in the summer because I don’t have to turn on my oven! This is the perfect summertime dessert. Not only are the berries super refreshing, but when you serve it chilled, it tastes amazing too.
If you are going to have an outdoor party, serve this trifle with some keto mojitos – talk about delicious!

Dessert With Berries
To make it a patriotic theme, I used red and blueberries. Turns out, they taste just as delicious as they look.
I used raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, and blackberries. You can use more of one or the other – make it taste how you want it to. If you want it to be a true “triple berry” dessert, leave out the blackberries and just use the red and blue ones.
Fourth Of July Food
Trifle is the perfect fourth of July food because it is light and cold. Plus, the red and blue berries nestled in the white cream just look incredibly patriotic!
Some of my other favorite cookout foods are deviled egg cauliflower salad and grilled chicken kabobs.
