1cupSugar-Free Milk Chocolate Chips
3/4cupHeavy Cream
3tbspButter
1/4cupPowdered Sugar Substitute
1 1/2tspVanilla
Optional Toppings
Cocoa Powder
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
Chopped Nuts
Instructions
In a large microwave safe bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and powdered sugar substitute.
Add the sugar free chocolate chips and butter.
Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave another 1 minute.
Gently stir everything together with a whisk until you have a creamy consistency. Let the bowl sit for 10 minutes. Then cover and store in your refrigerator to firm up. (You can let it sit for 3 hours, or overnight).
When you are ready to shape the truffles, scoop small amounts of the chocolate using either a melon baller or spoon. Roll the truffles in any of the optional toppings.
Store in your refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
