Equipment

  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Smaller bowls for toppings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar-Free Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar Substitute
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Optional Toppings

  • Cocoa Powder
  • Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • Chopped Nuts

Instructions

  • In a large microwave safe bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and powdered sugar substitute.
  • Add the sugar free chocolate chips and butter.
  • Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave another 1 minute.
  • Gently stir everything together with a whisk until you have a creamy consistency. Let the bowl sit for 10 minutes. Then cover and store in your refrigerator to firm up. (You can let it sit for 3 hours, or overnight).
  • When you are ready to shape the truffles, scoop small amounts of the chocolate using either a melon baller or spoon. Roll the truffles in any of the optional toppings.
  • Store in your refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
