Ingredients

  • 28 ounces Palmini Linguini
  • 20 ounces Canned Tuna
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley
  • Parmesan
  • Lemon Zest

Instructions

  • Open and drain canned tuna and palmini noodles. Set both aside, for now.
  • Zest 1 lemon, set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic, saute until fragrant.
  • Add tuna and lemon juice. Continue to cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Stir in Palmini noodles. Cook until noodles are heated through, then add ΒΌ cup Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Remove from heat. Garnish with additional parmesan cheese, fresh parsley and lemon zest.
  • Enjoy!
