28ouncesPalmini Linguini
20 ouncesCanned Tuna
2tbspOlive Oil
1tspMinced Garlic
1/4cupLemon Juice
1/4cupParmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepperto taste

Instructions
Open and drain canned tuna and palmini noodles. Set both aside, for now.
Zest 1 lemon, set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add minced garlic, saute until fragrant.
Add tuna and lemon juice. Continue to cook for another 2 minutes.
Stir in Palmini noodles. Cook until noodles are heated through, then add ΒΌ cup Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Remove from heat. Garnish with additional parmesan cheese, fresh parsley and lemon zest.
