Ingredients
1tbspavocado oil
1lbground turkey
1/2white onion diced
1/2red bell pepper diced
14 oz can green chilis
3tbsptaco seasoning See link above for homemade Taco seasoning recipe.
12ozfrozen cauliflower rice
1cupshredded Mexican cheese
Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot add turkey.
Crumble turkey and cook through.
Add in diced onion, bell pepper, and taco seasoning and cook until onion and paper have softened.
Stir in chiles, and cauliflower rice. Cook for 5 or until moisture has evaporated.
Sprinkle with cheese and cover skillet until cheese has melted.
Top with cilantro, jalapeños, and diced avocado
