6ouncesCream Cheese softened
8slices keto bread with crusts off
1/4cupCelery finely chopped
1/4cupCarrots finely chopped
1/4cupRed Bell Pepper finely chopped
1/4cupCucumber finely chopped
1tbspFresh Dill chopped
1tbspFresh Chives chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Blend together the cream cheese, celery, carrots, red bell pepper, cucumber, garlic powder, dill, chives and salt and pepper to taste together in a bowl until well combined.
Spread ΒΌ of the mixture into one of the slices of keto bread.
Top with another slice of keto bread, and cut into four triangles.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 to create 3 additional sandwiches.
