Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 8 slices keto bread with crusts off
  • 1/4 cup Celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Carrots finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Chives chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Blend together the cream cheese, celery, carrots, red bell pepper, cucumber, garlic powder, dill, chives and salt and pepper to taste together in a bowl until well combined.
  • Spread ΒΌ of the mixture into one of the slices of keto bread.
  • Top with another slice of keto bread, and cut into four triangles.
  • Repeat steps 2 and 3 to create 3 additional sandwiches.
