Ingredients

  • 1 large Onion sliced into ringed circles thinly
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Olive Oil Spray
  • Toppings of your choice

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the mozzarella cheese onto the baking sheet in a rectangular layer.
  • Sprinkle on the parmesan cheese.
  • Spread the rings of onion over the cheese.
  • Add the garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  • Top the pizza with toppings of your choosing.
  • Spray with olive oil spray.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are browned and crispy.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
