Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Sliced Keto Bread
  • 1 pound Sliced Deli Ham
  • 16 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Butter softened
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place the bread loaf in a sheet of aluminum foil, and cradle it like a bowl around the bottom of the loaf.
  • Blend together the butter, garlic and dijon in a bowl.
  • Spread the butter mixture in between each of the slices of bread.
  • Place a slice of cheese and 2-3 slices of ham in between each of the slices of bread.
  • Cover the top of the loaf with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the foil, sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese and bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
