Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 1/4 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Honey
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 3 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum

Instructions

  • Place the brown sugar substitute, sugar free honey, water, soy sauce, ginger paste, garlic, rice vinegar and xanthan gum in a saucepan over medium heat, and bring to a low boil.
  • Simmer the sauce until it has thickened. Remove, and let cool slightly to thicken more.
  • Cut the chicken thighs into bite sized pieces, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Thread the chicken onto the skewers, and baste in the sauce.
  • Place the skewers on the grill, and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning and basting often until the chicken is completely cooked through.
