Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Flaxseed Ground
  • 3/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl, and blend until well combined.
  • Layer the dough in a well greased loaf pan.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • Let the bread cool to room temperature before slicing to serve.
