1/4cupFlaxseedGround
3/4cupPlain Greek Yogurt
1/2tspXanthan Gum
1tbspBaking Powder
2tspApple Cider Vinegar

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl, and blend until well combined.
Layer the dough in a well greased loaf pan.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Let the bread cool to room temperature before slicing to serve.
