With only 5 grams net carbs per serving, keto yogurt bread is high in protein, healthy fats, and so good for you (and gluten-free, too!).

What Is Yogurt Bread
Yogurt bread is a really simple quick bread recipe that you can use to make low-carb sandwiches. It’s not sweet at all, so it’s really good for those days when you’re craving bread but you want to stay in ketosis.

It’s called yogurt bread because Greek yogurt is one of the main ingredients. It helps keep the bread from tasting too dry.
Looking at the list of ingredients, it might seem a bit odd.
How can apple cider vinegar, almond flour, ground flaxseed, and plain Greek yogurt (and a few other things) all taste good together in a bread? Trust me – they all work really well!
You’ll love how it tastes!
Keto Yogurt Bread
There are a few reasons to make your own sandwich bread instead of buying it from the store. The main reason is that you can control exactly how it tastes and turns out.

Another reason is that you can control all of the ingredients. If you look at the list of ingredients in keto bread at the store, it might shock you.
Some brands even use wheat flour!
I have a few notes about some of the ingredients. Always remember to use almond flour and not almond meal.
They are sold next to each other, but they aren’t the same thing. Almond meal will make the bread taste a bit too grainy.
You also need to be careful with the Greek yogurt you buy. Make sure you only use plain Greek yogurt.
So many brands sweeten them, so be careful

The almond flour, ground flaxseed, and Greek yogurt all give this bread plenty of protein! My favorite way to eat it is to toast it and spread some salted butter on top.

YUM! You can also use Greek yogurt bread to make Keto Veggie Spread Tea Sandwiches or use the ingredients in my Keto Club Sandwich Roll Ups to make Keto club sandwiches with the bread.
While you’re baking, make something sweet for dessert. Low Carb Snickerdoodle Bread is slightly sweet and will satisfy your sweet tooth perfectly!
You’ll love how it tastes (just like snickerdoodles).
How To Make Gluten-Free Bread
Making this bread is actually so easy you can make it when you’re exhausted from work or distracted with a billion things on your mind! It really is as easy as mixing all the ingredients in a bowl, and then putting that gorgeous batter into a loaf pan and baking it.

It only takes like 30-40 minutes for the gluten-free bread to be fully baked. You’ll know it’s done when you insert a knife or toothpick into the middle and it comes out clean.
If any dough comes out with it, let it bake for 5-10 minutes longer. The hardest part is waiting for it to cool down before you slice into it!
Greek Yogurt Keto Bread
Make your keto yogurt bread last as long as possible by storing it correctly. Since this is such a moist bread, I suggest wrapping it in plastic wrap or parchment paper and storing it at room temperature.

Keep the air off of it. It should last 3-5 days this way.
You can also refrigerate it. If you do, it will last about a week. Freezing the bread will keep it fresh for up to six months.
Remember to seal it in an airtight container if you’re going to refrigerate or freeze the bread.
