14ouncesNatural Kielbasa sliced
2tbspOlive Oil
1/2Onion chopped into large pieces
1/2Yellow Bell Pepper chopped into large pieces
1/2Red Bell Pepper chopped into large pieces
1/2Green Bell Pepper chopped into large pieces
1/4cupSugar-Free Ketchup
2tbspSwerve Brown Sugar Substitute
2tbspSoy Sauce
2tspMinced Garlic
1tbspRice Vinegar
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Saute the kielbasa until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium, and add the onions and peppers to the skillet. Saute until the vegetables are beginning to soften.
Stir together the ketchup, brown sugar, garlic, soy sauce and rice vinegar in a bowl until well combined.
Return the kielbasa to the skillet, and pour the sauce over the mixture. Stir to combine, and simmer for 5 minutes before serving.
