Ingredients

  • 14 ounces Natural Kielbasa sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Onion chopped into large pieces
  • 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper chopped into large pieces
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper chopped into large pieces
  • 1/2 Green Bell Pepper chopped into large pieces
  • 1/4 cup Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Saute the kielbasa until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Reduce the heat to medium, and add the onions and peppers to the skillet. Saute until the vegetables are beginning to soften.
  • Stir together the ketchup, brown sugar, garlic, soy sauce and rice vinegar in a bowl until well combined.
  • Return the kielbasa to the skillet, and pour the sauce over the mixture. Stir to combine, and simmer for 5 minutes before serving.
