Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado diced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • 4 ounce Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute

Instructions

  • Toss together the avocado, tomato, feta cheese, oregano and red onion in a bowl until well combined.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the lime juice, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Swerve and salt and pepper to taste until well combined.
  • Drizzle the mixture over the ingredients in the bowl, and toss to coat well.
  • Swerve in a bowl with your choice of favorite items for dipping.
