Ingredients

  • 28 ounces Kielbasa sliced
  • 1 cup Low-Carb BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
  • Slice the kielbasa into ½-inch thick slices.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, brown sugar substitute, onion powder, garlic powder, and mustard. Add the sliced kielbasa and stir to coat every slice.
  • Pour the kielbasa into the prepared baking dish. Bake at 400F for 30 minutes, stirring once about halfway through the baking time.
  • Once the sauce is beginning to caramelize on the top slices of kielbasa, remove from the oven and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
