Sliced and smothered in a homemade sugar-free BBQ sauce, these keto BBQ sausages are a popular family dinner. Make them with kielbasas and watch them disappear.

Baked BBQ Kielbasa
This recipe combines two of my favorite things – BBQ and kielbasa sausages. And I know how busy everyone is, so I kept this as simple and basic as possible, while also making it taste so good that everyone will eat it up!

Unlike other recipes, this one is just for the sausages – no sides, no hidden veggies. You can use it as an appetizer, dinner, or lunch entree.
I just love that my kids and family happily eat the BBQ sausages with me. They can’t tell from the taste that it’s sugar-free and keto-friendly.
That’s because I found a sugar-free BBQ sauce that has no noticeable aftertaste. Keep reading and I’ll share which one that is (and how you can adjust this recipe to your tastes).
BBQ Sausages
I used kielbasa because I love the nuanced herbs and flavors that it has. It goes with almost anything I make – even this easy baked BBQ recipe.
But you can use any type of smoked sausages that you want. Try it with Polish sausage or some brats. Remember, if you’re on keto, read the ingredient labels first.
This is a smoky-sweet recipe without much kick or heat at all. If you like your meals to have some fire, then I suggest adding both red pepper flakes and some hot sauce to it.
You could even add some finely chopped jalapenos to give it a bit of natural sweetness, too.
Low-Carb BBQ Sauce
If you already have a favorite bottle of keto-friendly BBQ sauce, then use it. But if you don’t, I’ll share my favorite with you.

I love G Hughes Sugar-Free BBQ sauce. They have a bunch of different flavors and one of them has some serious kick to it! But my kids like the sweeter, maple brown sugar-flavored sugar-free sauce.
After you find your favorite BBQ sauce, there are so many different keto-BBQ recipes you can make with it.
Kids love my Keto BBQ Chicken Ranch Sheet Pan because it’s made with bacon. And my Keto Korean BBQ Chicken Wings are perfect for parties.
What To Eat With Kielbasa
This recipe is just the protein, so it makes a perfect entree for a family dinner. Or, put each piece of kielbasa on a toothpick and set it out as an appetizer at a party.

If you’re going to make it for dinner, I suggest serving it with easy keto broccoli salad – just be careful about the carbs. Some keto dinner rolls and fluffy cauliflower mash will also taste perfect with the BBQ sausages or make a simple Low Carb Copycat Outback Pecan Blue Cheese Salad to go with it.
If you want to serve the sausages as an appetizer at a party, make some Keto Cream Cheese Bagel Bites to go with them. Guests will also enjoy keto Japanese egg salad roll-ups.
For something with more flavor, make some keto sweet and sour meatball kababs. Or for something sweet, make either low-carb marinated berries or some cottage cheese ice cream.
How To Cook Kielbasa
Kielbasa sausages are safe to eat out of the package. But I love to bake, grill, or fry them because it gives them a really nice sear and texture.

Baking them in the BBQ sauce is a really quick, no-fuss way to prepare them. As it bakes, the sauce will caramelize and the sausages will get super tasty.
You could turn this into a slow cooker recipe, too. Just mix all the ingredients together, put them in the slow cooker, and cook them on low for about 4 hours. That’s it!
