Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberries cut into fourths
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Blackberries
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 1 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
  • Juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Honey plus extra for garnish
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Basil Leaves

Instructions

  • Add the berries, sugar free honey, basil and lemon juice to a mixing bowl, and stir to combine.
  • Marinate the berries for at least an hour in the fridge.
  • Serve in a bowl with the cottage cheese, and garnished with a drizzle of sugar free honey.
