Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 3 cups Cabbage chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Chicken shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
  • Add the onions and peppers to the skillet, and saute until they soften.
  • Pour the chicken broth into the skillet and reduce the heat to medium.
  • Mix in the chopped cabbage and add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and saute, stirring often until the cabbage begins to soften.
  • Stir in the garlic and saute another 30 seconds.
  • Mix in the shredded chicken and bbq sauce until combined well.
  • Pour the mixture into a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Top with the shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
