1/3cupCottage Cheese
1/2cupSugar-Free Blueberry Yogurt or mixed berry
1individual container Sugar-Free Vanilla Pudding
1/4cupFresh Blueberries
2tbspChopped Walnuts
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, yogurt and pudding. Stir together well. *If you want to get rid of the cottage cheese “chunks” you can use an immersion blender, or food processor to blend everything together until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to two small serving bowls.
Top with fresh blueberries and chopped walnuts.
