Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sugar-Free Blueberry Yogurt or mixed berry
  • 1 individual container Sugar-Free Vanilla Pudding
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Walnuts

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, yogurt and pudding. Stir together well.
    *If you want to get rid of the cottage cheese “chunks” you can use an immersion blender, or food processor to blend everything together until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture to two small serving bowls.
  • Top with fresh blueberries and chopped walnuts.
