Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • Squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 6 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 1/4 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Add the cream cheese and Swerve to a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour in the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract, and beat on medium high until the mixture is light and airy.
  • Place the blueberries and lemon juice into a food processor, and pulse until pureed.
  • Fold the blueberry mixture into the mixing bowl, and serve immediately, or chill before serving if desired.
