1/2cupFresh Blueberries
Squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice
6ounces Cream Cheese softened
1 1/4cupsHeavy Whipping Cream
1/2cupSwerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute

Instructions
Add the cream cheese and Swerve to a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour in the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract, and beat on medium high until the mixture is light and airy.
Place the blueberries and lemon juice into a food processor, and pulse until pureed.
Fold the blueberry mixture into the mixing bowl, and serve immediately, or chill before serving if desired.
