Topped with juicy blueberries, this low-carb blueberry fluff is a simple, no-bake dessert that tastes like cheesecake (and it’s ready in 15 min!).

If you’re craving a cheesecake but don’t want to go through all the effort of mixing and baking, then whip up a blueberry fluff instead! It tastes just like a blueberry cheesecake, but is ready in just 15 minutes.

Low-Carb Blueberry Fluff

It’s a simple recipe that will help you give into your cravings in no time at all! 

There are only six simple ingredients in this Heavenly treat. Blueberries and cream cheese are the two most important ones – they’re the base of the entire thing.

The lemon juice enhances the natural sweetness of the blueberries, so use fresh lemon juice if you have it. 

Blueberry Whipped Cream Dessert

 When it comes to whipped cream desserts, you can’t get much easier than a bowl of whipped fluff. I’ve made other flavors and varieties before, and they were all incredibly fulfilling.

Low-Carb Blueberry Fluff

Low-Carb Cranberry Fluff is perfect for the holidays but my low-carb strawberry cheesecake fluff is perfect all year long. (Especially with the nutty topping). 

Just like the other recipes, you’ll need to whip together all of the ingredients. The best way to do this is to use a stand mixer.

An electric hand mixer will also work, but it might make your hands hurt after a while. You need to keep beating the ingredients together until they are light and fluffy. 

Blueberry Fluff 

I also suggest using a food processor for the blueberries and lemon juice. If you try to use your hand mixer, it won’t make a smooth puree; it will leave large pieces of blueberries intact and this will distract from the fluffiness of the cream cheese. 

Low-Carb Blueberry Fluff

Finally, don’t forget to gently fold the blueberry puree into the cream cheese fluff. If you overmix it at this point, it won’t be as airy.

The airy and light texture is one of the best things about it! 

Blueberry Cream Cheese Fluff 

I like to eat this cream cheese fluff when I’m feeling run down and hangry. The healthy fats and protein in the heavy whipping cream and cream cheese fill me up and the sweet flavor of the blueberries satisfies my sweet tooth.

It’s a balanced source of energy that won’t let me down. You can also eat this for breakfast instead of a yogurt parfait.

Blueberries are incredibly good for you. They are full of fiber and antioxidants, so they’re a great way to start your day and with 6 grams net carbs in each serving, it’s filling, too. 

How To Keep Blueberries Fresh 

Fresh, delicious blueberries are the secret to this fluffy dessert. Frozen blueberries might work as a topping but as they thaw, they will begin to add a little condensation to the fluff and potentially water it down. 

Low-Carb Blueberry Fluff

Keep your blueberries in an airtight container and keep them in the crisper drawer. It’s best to eat them within three or four days of purchasing them.

Before you eat them, rinse them off with cold water and dab them dry with a paper towel.

Low-Carb Blueberry Fluff Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • Fresh blueberries
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice
  • Cream cheese softened
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • Vanilla extract

Instructions

Adding sweetener

Add the cream cheese and Swerve to a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth and creamy.

Whipping the cream cheese mixture
Pour in the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract, and beat on medium high until the mixture is light and airy.

Adding blueberries to the blender

Place the blueberries and lemon juice into a food processor, and pulse until pureed.

Adding blueberry puree

Fold the blueberry mixture into the mixing bowl, and serve immediately, or chill before serving if desired.
