  • 1 English Cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 cup Pine Nuts
  • 1/3 cup Feta Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Juice from 1/2 a lime
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
