Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place the cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese in a mixing bowl, and combine until well blended.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add in the shallots, and saute for 3 minutes.
Mix in the garlic and tomatoes, and saute until the tomatoes have softened.
Stir in the thyme, basil and 2 Tbsp of fresh chopped basil.
Pour the tomato mixture into the cheese mixture, and stir to combine well.
Spread the mixture into an oven safe baking dish or skillet, and bake for 20 minutes.
Top the dip with the chopped roma tomato and remaining fresh basil before serving.
