Ingredients

  • 32 ounces Fresh Broccoli Florets
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheeses room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Prepared Ranch Dressing
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese divided
  • 1 cup Sour Cream

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, place the broccoli and water. Season the broccoli with salt and black pepper as desired. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a vented lid. Microwave on high for 6 minutes, stirring halfway, or until the broccoli is tender. Drain well. Place the broccoli into the prepared baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch dressing until well blended. Add half the cheese and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Stir the cream cheese mixture into the broccoli, smoothing the broccoli into an even layer. Top the casserole with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
