32ouncesFresh Broccoli Florets
1/2cupWater
Salt and Pepper to taste
8ouncesCream Cheeses room temperature
1/2cupPrepared Ranch Dressing
2cupsShredded Cheddar Cheese divided
1 cupSour Cream
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, place the broccoli and water. Season the broccoli with salt and black pepper as desired. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a vented lid. Microwave on high for 6 minutes, stirring halfway, or until the broccoli is tender. Drain well. Place the broccoli into the prepared baking dish.
In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch dressing until well blended. Add half the cheese and season with salt and black pepper.
Stir the cream cheese mixture into the broccoli, smoothing the broccoli into an even layer. Top the casserole with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
