10ouncesGreek Yogurt or two 5.3-ounce containers
1/2cupSplenda
1tspVanilla Extract
1cupHeavy Whipping Cream

Instructions
In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, Splenda, and vanilla extract until it becomes smooth. Set this bowl aside.
In a smaller bowl, use an electric mixer and beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until it is well blended.
Place the cream cheese mixture evenly within six small cups.
Top each cup with 2 tablespoons of sugar-free cherry pie filling.
Chill the cheesecake cups at least 2 hours before serving.
