Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 10 ounces Greek Yogurt or two 5.3-ounce containers
  • 1/2 cup Splenda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Zero Sugar Cherry Pie Filling optional

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, Splenda, and vanilla extract until it becomes smooth. Set this bowl aside.
  • In a smaller bowl, use an electric mixer and beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until it is well blended.
  • Place the cream cheese mixture evenly within six small cups.
  • Top each cup with 2 tablespoons of sugar-free cherry pie filling.
  • Chill the cheesecake cups at least 2 hours before serving.
