Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 3 tbsp Sugar-Free Cherry Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 3 ounces Lily's Chocolate Bar or other equivalent keto chocolate bar
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/3 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Sliced Almonds and Chocolate Chips for garnish

Instructions

  • Place the chocolate bar pieces and the almond milk into a microwave safe bowl. Heat at 30 second intervals until completely melted and combined.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the cherry juice and vanilla.
  • Add the chocolate mixture to the mixing bowl, and blend until smooth.
  • In another mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream and Swerve until stiff peaks have formed.
  • Fold the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream mixture until well combined.
  • You can add in a few drops of red food coloring for additional tint at this time if desired.
  • Serve garnished with sliced almonds and chocolate chips.
