3Salmon Fillets
1tspCumin
1tspPaprika
1/2tspGarlic Salt
1tspMinced Garlic
Lime Juicefrom one lime
1/4cupFresh Cilantrominced
5.3ouncesGreek Yogurtplain
Instructions
In a small bowl, stir together cumin, smoked paprika, garlic salt and pepper.
Cut salmon into 1 inch cubes. Toss with the dry rub.
Skewer the seasoned salmon; 4-5 on each skewer.
Depending on how you are cooking the skewers (grill, skillet, or nonstick griddle), cook for approximately 7-9 minutes, turning occasionally to sear all the sides of the salmon. **I cooked mine on a nonstick griddle.**
While the salmon is cooking, stir together yogurt, minced garlic, fresh cilantro and lime juice.
Once the salmon is cooked to your preference, remove from heat and drizzle with yogurt sauce.
