Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 6 Choc Zero Dunkies Chocolate and Cream Cookies

Instructions

  • Blend 4 of the cookies into fine crumbs.
  • Place the cream cheese and Swerve into a mixing bowl, and beat on high until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add in the heavy whipping cream and vanilla, and beat until smooth and creamy with stiff peaks.
  • Fold in the crushed cookie crumbs.
  • Place the cookies and cream fluff into serving dishes, and garnish with the remaining roughly chopped cookies.
