Instructions
Blend 4 of the cookies into fine crumbs.
Place the cream cheese and Swerve into a mixing bowl, and beat on high until smooth and fluffy.
Add in the heavy whipping cream and vanilla, and beat until smooth and creamy with stiff peaks.
Fold in the crushed cookie crumbs.
Place the cookies and cream fluff into serving dishes, and garnish with the remaining roughly chopped cookies.
