Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sugar-Free Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Sprinkles plus more for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the cottage cheese to a food processor or blender, and pulse until smooth and creamy.
  • Mix in the honey and vanilla, and pulse until well combined and smooth.
  • Fold in the sprinkles.
  • Spread the mixture into a loaf pan, and garnish with additional sprinkles on top. Place into the freezer until set.
  • Scoop the ice cream into serving bowls and garnish with more sprinkles if desired.
