Instructions
Add the zucchini, butter, apple pie spice and Swerve brown sugar substitute to a skillet over medium heat. Saute until the zucchini is tender.
Place the cranberries, 3 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute and water into a pot over medium heat. Simmer until the cranberries are tender. Mash a few of them lightly with a potato masher or the tines of a fork.
Layer the “apple” and cranberry mixtures in the bottom of a well greased 9x9 baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Sprinkle the cake mix over the mixture, but do not stir.
Drizzle the butter over the cake mix, but again, do not stir it together.
Blend together the ⅓ cup almond flour, ⅓ cup Swerve brown sugar substitute and cinnamon in a bowl.
Sprinkle the mixture over the melted butter.
